The Challenge:

These gorgeous, state-of-the-art condominiums in Chicago came to us for digital branding and paid social. In a big city with lots of competition, we knew both the team at Norweta and the residence itself was a cut above.

The Goal:

Chicago is the urban oasis of The Midwest. Each district is unique and has its own personality and distinctive living experience. Our goal was to properly position Norweta in the community and create a strong digital presence to capture the eyes of prospective residents.

The Results:

Through social media brand management and site visits, we effectively introduced Norweta, the newest luxury Chicago condominiums, to local shops, restaurants and organizations in the Lincoln Park area.This garnered partnerships, promotions, and organic brand recognition in the community even during construction phases. What better way to help entice users than to help them envision how their stories could grow from the vibrance of their new neighborhood.
